Would definitely recommend for a stopover
Friendly staff, great breakfast, and convenient location made for an enjoyable stay. we appreciated the delicious breakfast options, especially the decent bacon, and the hotel’s proximity to the tram stop made it easy to explore the area.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

i recently stayed at the colwyn for two nights and had a great time. the location is super convenient, right next to the tram stop. the staff were fantastic, especially daniel, who made our mornings enjoyable. our family room had stunning sea views, and the drinks at the bar were really cheap.
the bathroom could use a bit more cleaning, but overall, 100% recommend.

Family with children will enjoy this place
The breakfast was superb, just perfect! The staff went all out to help us, especially one guy named Daniel who made sure we had everything we needed.
It wasn't exactly low-priced but still worth it.

missingWrote a review on 16 Septcomfortable roomhelpful staffunclean bathroomno hot waterlift noise
The room offered a comfortable sea view, which enhanced my stay. the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, and there were issues like no hot water from the sink tap that weren't resolved during my visit. Breakfast was decent, but delays with milk service and a noisy lift nearby detracted from the experience.

the view from the room was great and the staff were super friendly. bed was comfy and the price was reasonable for blackpool. everything was clean and neat, making our stay quite enjoyable.
the hot tap in the bathroom didn't work, and it took a while to get fresh milk for breakfast after the sour one was taken away.

The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the sea. Beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. Also loved that they allowed pets. It's a decent spot for the price, nothing too fancy but okay for a couple of nights.

Location was convenient, but the Wi-Fi was slow, and the flat-screen was outdated.

Had a blast with my friends celebrating my birthday! The hotel is super close to the Pleasure Beach and we had fun at the Sandcastle water park. Rooms were tidy and the staff were friendly, especially Daniel at the bar who made our mornings brighter. Good vibes all around!
One downside was the rushed breakfast experience. It felt like the servers were eager to clear our plates before everyone finished, which was a bit annoying.
